HOW DOES THAT WORK

Each training program includes steps of ten lessons. During the academic year, a maximum of 3 courses can be carried out with a maximum of 34 lessons for those who do one hour a week, and 68 lessons for those who make 2 hours a week.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

It is important that you know that we have limited places in the number of new player registrations each season. We have many requests to participate, and some athletes are multi-year participants in long-term programs.

Our advice is to submit your application as soon as possible to ensure that your player profile is considered and analysed.

Step1 - Knowledge Interview

The possible candidate and/or parents are invited to a first interview.

Step 2 scouting test

The player who is accepted and has the opportunity to participate in PLAYERSLAB EXPERIENCE performs a free “SCOUTING” of 30 minutes, which is performed by a specialized technician.

Step 4 - Placement test

The student, before the first training, will undergo an online test, which can be carried out comfortably from a PC at home, aimed at discovering and knowing their own style of behaviour. This allows us to better understand its strengths and what are the areas for improvement.

Step 3 - INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT

The learner and/or his/her parent sign the individual development contract.

Step 5 - Test

The student will undergo the following tests:

-Body measurement (analysis of bad positions, incorrect postures and physical deficits)

-Mobility measurement

-Speed measurement

-Foot analysis

Step 6 - Reporting & Coaching

The student receives a complete report on the results of tests carried out and analyzes the results of the tests in a coaching session with one of our specialists.

Step 8 - Feedback

At the end of each Step, the athlete is provided with an evaluation Feedback with respect to which to plan the subsequent programs

Step 7 - Start of the path

The player begins the path of individual and / or group improvement based on the level of belonging.

Step 9 - Audit Test & Annual Repor

At the end of an academic year (3 Paths) the player will undergo, to have a real evaluation of his progress, a further “scouting test” and the tests of Body measurement, mobility measurement, speed measurement and a cognitive test.

Subsequently, the player will be given his annual report.
