We appreciate the role that coaches and clubs have played in the development of their players during their formative years and are of the opinion that this should be rewarded. 

For this reason, we have developed IPDE SCOUT PROGRAM. 

If you make a direct report of an athlete who will later participate in one of our programs, IPDE will compensate you financially! 

You must demonstrate and qualify that you have the skills before signing the IPDE SCOUT PROGRAM contract.
