On the pitch, we work with a team of specialized Player Development Coaches.
IPDE PRO CAMP is led by an experienced international leadership team combining football methodology, youth development, performance culture, strategic project design and business development. The leadership team defines the method, the standards and the development pathway, while the training sessions are delivered on the pitch by specialized Player Development Coaches.

He contributed to the development and management of Juventus Soccer School and Juventus Academy projects, created Footballab in Germany, and has designed and developed international football projects focused on player growth, methodology and long-term development.

Specialized in technical development, coordination and professional performance within high-level UEFA competition environments. His work focuses on developing players through structure, performance standards and modern football methodology.
Senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in Real Estate and ESG Finance. Former Commercial Director at B4A-Prelios and key figure in governance environments connected to CONI and FIGC LND. He designs complex business architectures integrating capital, territories, institutional relations and elite governance.
